Naveed Akram (Urdu: نوید اکرم; born on May 16, 1984) is a Pakistani international footballer playing currently for WAPDA FC.

He made his international debut during the 2005 Indo-Pak series.

The right back won the Pakistan Premier League with WAPDA in 2003, 2004 and the recent one in 2007/08. He also played in the Geo Super Football League 2007 with Lahore Lajpaals F.C. which topped the league round but lost in the semi-finals of the knock-out stage.

Naveed plays as an attacking right back on the pitch, and always tends to assist in the attacking plays as well as having a knack of scoring goals himself.

He is most known for his memorable long range goal in the 2006 Asian games football when Pakistan came close to a huge upset against Japan.
