Očihov is a village and municipality (obec) in Louny District in the Ústí nad Labem Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 12.45 square kilometres (4.81 sq mi), and has a population of 352 (as at 28 August 2006).
Očihov lies approximately 31 kilometres (19 mi) south-west of Louny, 67 km (42 mi) south-west of Ústí nad Labem, and 71 km (44 mi) west of Prague.
