Oponešice is a village and municipality (obec) in Třebíč District in the Vysočina Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 5.17 square kilometres (2.00 sq mi), and has a population of 183 (as at 3 July 2006).
Oponešice lies approximately 27 kilometres (17 mi) south-west of Třebíč, 40 km (25 mi) south of Jihlava, and 146 km (91 mi) south-east of Prague.
