Padang Besar is a federal constituency in Perlis, Malaysia, that has been represented in the Dewan Rakyat since 1995.

The federal constituency was created from parts of the Kangar constituency in the 1994 redistribution and is mandated to return a single member to the Dewan Rakyat under the first past the post voting system.

2004–2016: The constituency contains the polling districts of Jalan Padang Besar, Titi Tinggi, FELDA Mata Ayer, Kampong Kastam, Padang Besar, FELDA Rimba Mas, Lubok Sireh, Pekan Kaki Bukit, Tasoh, Guar Jentik, Beseri, Tunjong, Panggas, Sungai Buloh, Kilang Gula Chuping, Kubang Perun, Guar Nangka, FELDA Chuping, Tok Kaya Man, Hutan Temin, Kampung Gial, Kampong Darat, Paya, Alor Tampang, Padang Lati, Padang Pauh, Santan.
