The Plant City Union Depot is a historic depot in Plant City, Florida, United States. It is located at Northeast Drane Street, and was built by both the Atlantic Coast Line and Seaboard Air Line Railroads. The ACL tracks rans east and west. The SAL tracks rans north and south and contained a Railway Express Agency loading dock. Even after the merger of the two railroads into the Seaboard Coast Line Railroad in 1967, Plant City Depot continued to operate until 1971. On April 14, 1975, it was added to the U.S. National Register of Historic Places. The architectural design is credited to J.F. Leitner.
