Province No. 7 is the provisional designation of one of the provinces established by the new constitution of Nepal which was adopted on 20 September 2015.[1]

- 3. Doti District
- 4. Achham District
- 5. Darchula District
- 6. Baitadi District
- 7. Dadeldhura District
