Puffs is a brand of facial tissue manufactured by Procter & Gamble. The brand was introduced in 1960.[1] In 2011, it held a quarter of US market share. [2] Innovations introduced by Procter & Gamble in the Puffs line include adding lotion in 1987. [2]
