R. N. Sudarshan (born 2 May 1939) is an Indian film actor and producer who has mainly worked in Kannada cinema. He has also acted in Tamil, Hindi, Telugu, and Malayalam films. During a career spanning more than three decades, he has acted in more than 250 films.[1]
Career
In 1961, Sudarshan was launched as lead actor in the Kannada film field at the age of 21 years in Vijayanagarada Veeraputra and he was the lead for over 60 films before appearing in villainous roles. He also appeared in TV soaps.
He has sung very few songs. The most famous hits being: 1. Hoovondhu, Balibandhu, Thakithu Ennedheya - Shubhamangala (1975). 2. Irabeku Irabeku Ariyada - Naguva Hoovu (1971).
