Raia(Rai राय) is a quiet and picturesque village and part of the Margao metropolitan area in the South Goa district in the state of Goa, India close to the city of Margao.

Raia village is close to Lotulim, Ambora, Rachol, Maina village. Raia is famous for its Harvest feast Konsache fest celebrated with great festivity on August 5 every year. The feast mass is celebrated at Our Lady of Snows Church, Raia.

Raia village comes under the Curtorim constituency.

It has the distinction of being the first village in Salcette to have been Christianised, when its populace was converted en masse to Christianity in 1560.[1]
