Delineation

Richmond Parish is defined in the Territorial Division Act^[3] as being bounded:

North by the Meduxnakeag River and the South Branch Meduxnakeag River;^{[lower-alpha 1]} easterly by Woodstock Parish; westerly by the International Boundary, and southerly by the county boundary.
