Tomás Martins Podstawski (born 30 January 1995) is a Portuguese professional footballer who plays for FC Porto B as a central midfielder.

Club career

Born in Porto of Polish descent, Podstawski joined FC Porto's youth system at the age of 13.[1][2] He made his professional debut on 12 August 2013, playing injury time in a 3–2 away win against S.C. Beira-Mar for the Segunda Liga championship;[3] he finished his first season with 24 appearances – 11 starts – helping to a runner-up position even though his team was not eligible for promotion.

International career

Podstawski represented Portugal at the 2015 FIFA U-20 World Cup, playing four games out of five in an eventual quarter-final exit in New Zealand.[4]
