Tributary, Georgia

Tributary is an unincorporated community in the New Manchester area of east Douglas County, Georgia, USA, consisting of a 1,475-acre (597 ha) master-planned mixed-use development[1] built along the principles of New Urbanism.[2]

The community consists of three major sections:[3]

The community is planned with extensive space for parks and recreation, as well as pedestrian and cycling links, as part of the New Urbanist design.
