Viktor Vladislavovich Lipin (Russian: Виктор Владиславович Липин; born 7 January 1994) is a Russian football midfielder. He plays for FC Dynamo Barnaul.
He made his debut in the Russian Second Division for FC Sibir-2 Novosibirsk on 6 August 2013 in a match against FC Sibiryak Bratsk.[1]
