The Millbury Street Head Start is a historic building providing Head Start programs within the Worcester Public Schools. Located on Millbury Street in Worcester, Massachusetts, the building was originally used as the Millbury Street Schoolhouse #4 and later known as the Ward Street School. The 2-1/2 story brick Romanesque building was designed by J. W. Patston and built in 1898-99. The building is covered by a hipped roof with wide side dormers, and a central projecting gable-ended section with a pair of arched entries. It is the last of four similar schools to be built at the time in the city, and is the least altered of those that survive.[2]

The building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1980.[1]
