Caronno Varesino is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Varese in the Italian region Lombardy, located about 40 kilometres (25 mi) northwest of Milan and about 9 kilometres (6 mi) south of Varese. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 4,761 and an area of 5.6 square kilometres (2.2 sq mi).[1]
