Changsha County (simplified Chinese: 长沙县; traditional Chinese: 長沙縣; pinyin: Chángshā Xiàn) is under the administration of Changsha, the capital of Hunan province, China, located immediately to the east of the city proper. As of 2006 it had a population of 750,500. The military leader Huang Xing was born here and his former residence is now a museum. Xu Teli's Former Residence is also a museum here.
