Xinhuang Dong Autonomous County (simplified Chinese: 新晃侗族自治县; traditional Chinese: 新晃侗族自治縣; pinyin: Xīnhuǎng Dòngzú Zìzhìxiàn) is under the administration of Huaihua, Hunan province, China. The westernmost county-level division in the province, it borders the Guizhou prefecture-level divisions of Tongren to the northwest and Qiandongnan to the south and west.
