Gharibwal is a village and a part of union council Sauwal of Jhelum District in the Punjab Province of Pakistan. Notable people include Rana Muhammed Naeem Dr. Abdul Quddoos, who is running Hussain college of health sciences Lahore. Gharibwal is part of Pind Dadan Khan Tehsil, Gharibwal is located between salt range and River Jhelum near to Gharibwal Cement Factory. The village has a plenty of cultivable land, but this land is affected by salinity. People are hardworking, and very much loyal to Pakistan, yet they are deprived of basic necessities of life, like drinking water, natural gas, roads and medical facilities.[1]
