Hario Co., Ltd. (HARIO株式会社 Hario Kabushiki-kaisha) is a Japanese company, based in Tokyo, that manufactures professional and household coffee equipment and appliances. The company was originally established as Hiromu Shibata Works by Hiromu Shibata in 1921 as a laboratory glassware manufacturer in the Kanda neighborhood of Tokyo. The company specializes in the manufacture of heat-resistant glass products.
