These are flags of states, territories and other entities, listed by – but not necessarily in the order of – their color combinations.
If there's any red in the flag, start in the red group below; and similarly on down: When no red but blue, start in blue, when no red or blue but green, start in green et c. Relative to color order, they also follow the list order, not the appearance-on-the-flag order. For example, Pan-African flag is red, black and green top to bottom and Malawi's is black, red and green bands with an insignia, but both are listed under Red, green and black below.
