MES Kuttippuram School

MES Kuttippuram is an English medium private high school in Thrikkanapuram, Kuttippuram, Kerala, India.

The MES Kuttippuram unit started the Kindergarten classes in 1991 at Chembikkal, 3 km west of Kuttippuram. As the site was inconvenient and accommodation insufficient, next year the school was shifted to a rented building at South Bazaar, Kuttippuram. In the meantime, MES committee purchased two acres of land at the southern end of Kuttippuram, at Thrikkanapuram in Thavanoor panchayat. The MES College of Engineering took over the school as the Campus school of the college. The construction work of the first block of the school building was completed in May 1998 and school started functioning in the new building from next month.

It is adjacent to the college on Kumbidi road, 200 metres from the highway and three km from Kuttippuram railway station. The school is affiliated to CBSE Delhi up to Senior Secondary level(Plus Two).

The school used to perform excellent results in the academics and extra curricular activities.It was awarded the first place for best results in the academic year 2013-14 (Sahodaya Excellence award).The school is also good in social activities.The Scout troop of the school,297th Tirur,under HWB.M.Balakrishnan sir had brought great glory to the school.Three students of the school,Pranav,Sharath and Sheffin had won the Rashtrapathi award in the academic year 2014-15.The school also play a great role in Arts,Sports,Chess and Quiz.
