Mahmoud Hassan (Egyptian Arabic: محمود حسن), commonly known as Trézéguet[2] (born 1 October 1994) is an Egyptian professional footballer who plays for Belgian club Excel Mouscron on loan from Anderlecht and the Egypt national team as a midfielder.

Hassan is a product of the Al Ahly youth academy. His first appearance for the first team was in the 2012 CAF Champions League.

In April 2013, he was offered a trial for French side Nice after playing well in the U20 African Youth Cup.[3] In December 2013, he was linked with European clubs including Celtic and Nottingham Forest.[4][5]
