Malhostovice is a village and municipality (obec) in Brno-Country District in the South Moravian Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 11.5 square kilometres (4.4 sq mi), and has a population of 840 (as at 2 October 2006).
Malhostovice lies approximately 17 kilometres (11 mi) north-west of Brno and 173 km (107 mi) south-east of Prague.
