Middletown is a passenger railway station on New Jersey Transit's North Jersey Coast Line, located in Middletown Township, New Jersey. The station is made up of two high-level platforms and two tracks. The platforms often become very crowded with commuters in the morning rush-hour.

The old Middletown station is directly to the north of the current platform and was active until high level boarding and electrified service began in 1988.
