Ping'an District (Chinese: 平安区; pinyin: Píng'ān Qū) also known as Ping'anyi (平安驿) is an administrative district in Qinghai, the People's Republic of China. It is one of 6 districts of Qinghai. It is part of the Haidong, with the city of the same name being the former prefecture seat. Its postal code is 810600, and its population in 1999 was 110,154 people.
