Romain Sicard (born 1 January 1988 in Bayonne) is a French professional racing cyclist, for Direct Énergie.[1] In 2009 he won the under 23 World Championship Road Race.[2] In 2010, he joined UCI ProTour team Euskaltel–Euskadi as only the second non-Spanish rider at the time – the other being Venezuelan Unai Etxebarria – to ever ride for the team.

Sicard joined Team Europcar for the 2014 season, after his previous team Euskaltel–Euskadi[3] – folded at the end of the 2013 season.[1]
