Roman Jozef Jakóbczak (born February 26, 1946 in Września) was a Polish footballer (midfielder) who participated in FIFA World Cup 1974 . He was a member of Poland national football team (5 matches/2 goals[1]) in that time . The club he was connected most time was Lech Poznań.[2] After his football career, he became a football manager.[3]
