The 2012–13 Algerian Cup is the 49th edition of the Algerian Cup. The winner will qualify to the 2014 CAF Confederation Cup. ES Sétif are the defending champions, having beaten CR Belouizdad 2–1 in the previous season's final.

Round of 64

The round of 64 is the first national round of the Algerian Cup. On November 26, 2012, the draw for the rounds of 64 and 32 were held at a ceremony at the Sheraton Hotel in Algiers.[1][2]
