The 2014 Copa EuroAmericana was the second edition of Copa EuroAmericana, a men's football friendly tournament created by DirecTV. This edition took place in America on 20 July – 2 August 2014.[1] Thirteen teams from CONMEBOL, CONCACAF and UEFA participated in it.[2][3] Europe, represented by Atlético Madrid, Fiorentina, Monaco and Valencia, won the cup by a 5–4 score, beating America, represented by Alianza Lima, Atlético Nacional, América, Estudiantes, Junior, Palmeiras, San Jose Earthquakes, Universidad Católica and Universitario.

Format

Each match is played all 90 minutes. In case of a tie after the 90 minutes, the winner will be defined through penalty kicks. The confederation of the winner team of each match is awarded with a point, and the confederation with most points will be crowned champion.
