Notes
  1. ^ The match was originally scheduled on 24 October 2015, however, it was postponed to a later date due to the European migrant crisis, as the Police was overwhelmed by tens of thousads of migrants, forcing their way through Slovenia, and they could not provide enough police officers to secure a match deemed as "high risk".[2][3]
  2. ^ The match was originally scheduled on 21 November 2015, however, the Football Association of Slovenia decided this day to be used for the postponed fixture between Olimpija Ljubljana and Maribor, which effectively postponed the match between Maribor and Gorica to 25 November 2015.[4][5]
