Choi Jae-Soo (Hangul: 최재수; born 2 May 1983) is a South Korean footballer who plays as full back for Jeonbuk Hyundai in K League Classic.

On 22 October 2009, he was discharged from the army and went back to FC Seoul.[1] Choi officially signed a two-year contract with Ulsan Hyundai for an undisclosed fee on 26 January 2010.[2]
