Elida, California

Elida is a former settlement in Nevada County, California, United States.^[1] Elida is located 5 miles (8.0 km) southwest of Rough and Ready.^[1]

The Elida post office operated from 1882 to 1883.^[1] The name was for the postmaster's wife.^[1]
