The Legislative Districts of Misamis Oriental, namely the first and second districts are the representations of the Province of Misamis Oriental in the Philippine House of Representatives. Misamis Oriental was a part of Misamis Province, until it was granted its own representation in 1931. It was part of the representation of Region X from 1978 to 1984. In 1986, it was divided into two legislative districts.
1st District
- City: Gingoog City
- Municipality: Balingasag, Balingoan, Binuangan, Kinoguitan, Lagonglong, Magsaysay, Medina, Salay, Sugbongcogon, Talisayan
- Population (2010): 356,614
