Maring is a Tangkhul language spoken in India.

Maring is spoken in Laiching, southeastern Manipur and the northern border mountainous region of Tengnoupal subdivision, Chandel district, Manipur (in Khoibu, Narum, Yangkhul, and Saibol villages).
