Mississippi Highway 306 (MS 306) is a highway in northern Mississippi.

History

In 1953, a gravel road was designated as MS 306, connecting from US 51 to MS 305.[2][3] By 1956, all of the route was paved, and MS 305 was extended past MS 306.[4][5] In 1960, I-55 was proposed to intersect MS 306,[6][7] and construction began by 1962.[7][8] The next year, MS 306's western terminus was changed to I-55.[8][9] It was changed back in 1967, when an interchange was built at I-55.[10][11] No significant changes have been made to the route since.[11][12]

The entire route is in Tate County.
