Delineation

Northesk Parish is defined in the Territorial Division Act[3] as being bounded:

East and northeast by Newcastle Parish and the County line; north and west by the County lines; south and southwest by the northwest Miramichi River from the Newcastle Parish line up stream to the mouth of the Little Southwest Miramichi; and thence by a line running north forty-five degrees west from the mouth of the Little Southwest Miramichi to the County line.
