Persegres Gresik United is an Indonesian football club based in Gresik, East Java. They and currently plays in the Indonesia Soccer Championship A.
History
It was founded on 2 December 2005 as a merger between two clubs from Gresik, which were Petrokimia Putra and Persegres Gresik.[1]
