Squaw Grove Township is one of nineteen townships in DeKalb County, Illinois, USA. As of the 2010 census, its population was 2,802 and it contained 1,123 housing units.[1]

According to the 2010 census, the township has a total area of 35.09 square miles (90.9 km2), of which 34.92 square miles (90.4 km2) (or 99.52%) is land and 0.17 square miles (0.44 km2) (or 0.48%) is water.[1]
