The Apartment Building at 2225 N Street in the Dupont Circle neighborhood of Northwest Washington, D.C. was constructed in 1924 by local real estate developers Harry Wardman and Eugene Waggaman. In 1994, the building was placed on the National Register of Historic Places.[1]
