Botsvatn is a lake in the municipality of Bykle in Aust-Agder county, Norway, just to the southeast of the major lake, Blåsjø. It is a long, narrow lake that was created by building a dam at the Holen hydroelectric power plant on the eastern end of the lake. The village of Nordbygdi is located on the north shore of the lake, and the village of Bykle is located about 2 kilometres (1.2 mi) to the east of the lake.[1]
