Bramhall railway station serves the district of Bramhall in the Metropolitan Borough of Stockport, Greater Manchester, England. The station is 9¾ miles (16 km) south of Manchester Piccadilly on the Stafford to Manchester Line, and was opened in 1845 by the London & North Western Railway.
Services
There is a daily hourly Northern service northbound to Manchester Piccadilly and southbound to Stoke-on-Trent with additional services at peak times. A number of services start/terminate at Macclesfield.[1]
The Sunday service from the station is limited, with just five trains each way.
CrossCountry and Virgin Trains southbound services to Birmingham New Street and London Euston and northbound services to Manchester Piccadilly run through the station but don't stop.
