Hockley Row – also known as Evans Row or Victoria House – is a set of three historic rowhouses located in the Rittenhouse Square West neighborhood of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, United States. Design is attributed to architect Allen Evans, of the firm Furness & Evans. They were built in 1884 as a speculative row for the architect's father. Each house features of a rusticated stone basement level, with three brick stories above. The corner house at 21st & St. James Streets features a two-story, shingled conical tower. Other features include projecting bay and box windows, wrought iron railings, elaborately shaped chimneys, and shed- and gabled-roofed dormers.^[2] The corner house at 21st & Locust Streets (241 South 21st Street) has the address 2049 Locust Street.

The houses were added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1983.^[1]
