Limestone Township is one of seventeen townships in Kankakee County, Illinois, USA. As of the 2010 census, its population was 5,035 and it contained 1,928 housing units.^[1] Limestone Township is one of the six original townships in the county.

Geography

According to the 2010 census, the township has a total area of 41.41 square miles (107.3 km²), of which 40.39 square miles (104.6 km²) (or 97.54%) is land and 1.02 square miles (2.6 km²) (or 2.46%) is water.^[1]
