The Parker Building in Brainerd, Minnesota, United States, was built in 1909 in Romanesque style. Also known as Citizens State Bank, it was built by the Parker-Dunn Corp. mainly to serve the 1889-organized Citizens State Bank (Charles N. Parker was vice president), but it also held a piano store and, in its basement, a barber shop.[2]
It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1980.[1]
It was deemed significant "as a virtually unaltered example of the commercial block style from the turn-of-the-[20th]-century era".[2]
