Yogurt soup (Turkish: yoğurtlu çorba), sometimes known as yayla çorbası ("highland soup"), is a meal of Turkish cuisine.[1] It is a yogurt soup cooked with a variety of herbs (mint, spinach, parsley and others), rice, and (sometimes) chickpeas.
