The John Wells Jr. House is a historic house at 505 Mountain Road in West Hartford, Connecticut. It is a 2-1/2 story wood frame structure, five bays wide, with a large central chimney, and a centered entrance. The second floor hangs slightly over the first, and the house is finished in clapboards. The oldest portion of this house was probably built c. 1766 by John Wells Jr. on land given to him by his father. It is one of the oldest houses in West Hartford.[2]

The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places on September 10, 1986.
