Sewarhi is a town and a nagar panchayat in Kushinagar district in the Indian state of Uttar Pradesh.
Demographics
As of 2001 India census,[1] Sewarhi had a population of 19,763. Males constitute 53% of the population and females 47%. Sewarhi has an average literacy rate of 63%, higher than the national average of 59.5%: male literacy is 71%, and female literacy is 53%. In Sewarhi, 16% of the population is under 6 years of age.
