Howard Mill (also, Howard Mill Station)^[2] is a former settlement in Lake County, California.^[1] It was located 1.25 miles (2 km) southwest of Three Crossing,^[2] at an elevation of 3514 feet (1071 m).^[1] Howard Mill still appeared on maps as of 1951.^[1]
