List of cyberpunk works
This is a list of works classified as cyberpunk, a subgenre of science fiction. Cyberpunk is characterized by a focus on "high tech and low life" in a near-future setting.[1][2] Common themes include advanced science and technology such as artificial intelligence and cybernetics, powerful megacorporations, and a decay of or radical change in the social order.[3] While some works are widely cited examples of cyberpunk, such as Neuromancer in literature and Blade Runner in film, some others' classification is controversial. Cyberpunk has furthermore given rise to a number of derivative subgenres, the most notable of which is steampunk.
