Moriguchi (守口市 Moriguchi-shi) is a city located in Osaka Prefecture, Japan which serves as a satellite town to Osaka. The city was founded on November 1, 1946.
As of 2010, the city has an estimated population of 146,524 and a population density of 11,510 persons per km². The total area is 12.73 km².
Moriguchi has the head offices of Panasonic and its subsidiary Sanyo.
